The Simple Plot-Bill, a young teenager and his friends follow
the rings to their ultimate destiny while under the pursuit of the Evil Rulers. Three rings (Past, Present, and Future) from the Universe are given to Bill to achieve the ultimate goal of eliminating the Evil from Earth.
