Afghanistan - a complicated, beautiful country - suicide attacks, drug cultivation and corruption are meanwhile the determining messages in our media. There is an everyday life, a life in this fascinating country beyond the daily war. Many young people would like to reconstruct their country. More than ever they would like to live in a peaceful future, in which they will have education and work.
For this future Afghanistan needs further the support of the international community. Since 2005 the association Initiative Afghanistan e.V. is active in the north of the country and supporting reconstruction projects. Since then the association built already two schools and additionally initiated different education- and woman projects. This book tries to bring near the "other Afghanistan", a country full of surprises, overwhelming landscapes and affectionate, hospitable humans.
The profit of this book will be invested to 100% into the reconstruction projects of the Initiative Afghanistan.

Afghanistan - ein kompliziertes, wunderschönes Land - Selbstmordanschläge, Drogenanbau und Korruption sind mittlerweile die bestimmenden Meldungen in unseren Medien. Dennoch gibt es in diesem faszinierenden Land einen Alltag, ein Leben jenseits des täglichen Krieges. Viele junge Menschen möchten Afghanistan wieder aufbauen und wünschen sich mehr denn je eine friedliche Zukunft, in der sie eine Ausbildung und eine Arbeit haben werden.
Für diese Zukunft benötigt Afghanistan weiterhin die Unterstüzung der internationalen Gemeinschaft. Um den Wiederaufbau zu unterstützen ist der Verein Initiative Afghanistan e. V. seit 2005 im Norden des Landes tätig. Seitdem hat der Verein bereits zwei Schulen gebaut und zusätzlich verschiedene Bildungs- und Frauenprojekte initiiert.
Dieser Bildband soll ihnen das "andere Afghanistan" näher bringen, ein Land voller Überraschungen, majestetischen Landschaften und liebevollen, gastfreundlichen Menschen.
Der Erlös dieses Buches wird zu 100% in die Aufbau-Projekte der Initiative Afghanistan investiert.
