Join me on a tour through turbulent Berkeley in the 1960s, before continuing 175 miles north to the small logging town of Leggett for high school in the late 70s. During the 1980s I cycled my way to the 1984 Olympic Trials. The 1990s saw more stops, including Petaluma, Alaska, Sacramento, and finally back to the Bay Area where in 2001 I received the best birthday present ever.
