Über das Buch
Medellín is a poetry campaign for the benefit of refugees displaced by armed conflict, climate change, or human rights violations. Inspired by Medellín, Colombia, this chapbook of poems and photographs is a journey of love and grief, struggle and transformation. It was first published in April 2017 and later revised in this edition
Medellín is a symbol of hope. Once notorious for its violent cartels and bloodshed, today's metropolis is a place transformed—dubbed "city of eternal spring" for its micro-climate in the Aburrá Valley.
All proceeds will support charities and sponsorship groups in Canada, or refugee causes in other countries based on need. No expenses will be recovered by the author.
