I am an artist specializing in abstract realistic paintings, primarily in oils, but also in acrylic, watercolor, pencil, and mixed media. In 2024 I opened a booth in a Painted Tree Craft mall as a way for people in the Pittsburgh area to readily see and purchase my artwork in person. I have been painting since childhood, receiving art education throughout public school, and for 2 years in college. I won my first art awards and commissions in high school, before working as a draftsman, freelance writer, musician, and animal behaviorist. I earned my MS in Behavior Analysis and spent 15 years working in animal behavior before turning to art fulltime.
