The first half of 2024 was the wettest the Netherlands has ever recorded. It was also the first 6 months that Ben lived there. In the rare moments between torrential rains, he took the opportunity to explore, of course bringing a camera. The Days Without Rain documents these brief journeys with black and white film, developed and scanned in his tiny studio apartment. Combined, they present the story of moving to an unfamiliar country in the midst of an unusual (and very, very rainy) year.
