Working in healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic was a surprising journey that made me see things in a new light. The conversations around mental health became more prominent, and I began to see the strong connection between physical and mental well-being. I also realised the importance of creativity in self-care and self-expression. Drawing from my background in design art therapy and my recent healthcare experience, I am now dedicated to advocating for the use of creativity to support mental health.
