This magazine contains recipes and video tutorials for a Lemon Poppy Seed Cut Cake, Roasted Peach Berry Macarons, Mixed Berry Pop Tarts, and Chinese 5 Spice Citrus Macarons.
In addition to the recipes with detailed instruction and photographs to help you through each recipe, there are a few articles to give you additional details and information about my inspiration for and thoughts on some of the recipes. In this edition of Trouvaille, there are two new article series, including stories of my time in pastry school in France and cafe adventures and reviews!
