Dr. Karissa has penned a series of prayers over most situations that arise in a school setting. These meditations are insightful and imbued with humility for anyone who is striving for success or advancement or is in need of comfort in times of challenge or transition.

Karissa is a Human Resources professional with several years of experience in the food, automotive and e-commerce industries. Karissa earned her bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University in 2015 with an Economics concentration. She received her MBA from DeVry University in 2017 and her PhD in business from Keiser University in 2024.
