Throughout this book, you will be taken on the journey from Beijing seeing the imperial gardens and palaces, to a countryside visit in Shenyang in the north, down to Suzhou on a rainy day and finishing off in Hangzhou tea fields and slowly sailing through West Lake. All photographs have been taken on 35mm film and are put on display surrounded by short recounts of the journey, some history to go behind it and a sneaky insight to the personal experience of the photographer.
