Über das Buch
This is a family cookbook with the easy favorites and basic instructions to get started in the kitchen. Some of the early recipes are just a few steps over the "how to boil water" stage.
This is a collection of family and favorite recipes. It started as a project a few years ago when my youngest realized that the time was coming soon when they would each have to do their own cooking and they didn't even know how to roast a piece of poultry, the want to make spaghetti like Mom does, and where can they find the Christmas Cookie recipes?

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, earned a degree in Mathematics from the University of Maine. Married and employed in the Syracuse, NY area for over 30 years as a Senior Software Engineer. I spent time on an overseas assignment and collected more recipes and flavors for my family to enjoy. I am raising three children who are now in college and thinking about their future lives on their own. I've written this family collection of recipes for them. They've requested instructions from the most basic to the traditional.
