This cookbook is based on menus, recipes, and anecdotes compiled by a group of fly fishermen, who between the late 1980's through 2009, have ventured up the Conejos River in southwestern Colorado (USA) during autumn to fly fish and prepare and serve gourmet meals in the primitive setting of a U.S. Forest Service Campground, at altitudes above 9,000 feet.
