After years of working in and owning a restaurant, I thought it was time to actually put some of my recipes into a collection. This was mainly so I could always have a copy *cough*, and so that those of you who have always asked me for "the recipe" can get it without relying on me to remember! I hope you enjoy this collection of favorites, some from my family, some from websites and then modified, and some came straight from my own experimentation!

I am a woman first and then a wife and mother who loves to spoil others by cooking up a storm for any occasion. I come from a family who always had great family dinners for many different reasons and I hope that I am passing the cooking bug on to my two daughters. I love trying new recipes and I have found that I am a pretty good judge of what tastes good. I want nothing more than to serve others and I hope that I can pass on what my mother taught me when I didn't know I was being taught anything. To love those around you and show it so that you don't regret not saying what should have been said.
