Über das Buch
The photos in this book highlight "The Land." Owned by the Peterson family and used mainly for hunting, "The Land" is a magical place in northern Wisconsin comprised of 50 acres, the Flambeau River and a waterproof shack. Oh yes, and there's an outhouse. No running water, however, except for the river.
Nestled within the Flambeau State Forest, "The Land" is accessible for by foot, canoe, or a sturdy car able to withstand poorly maintained gravel roads notable for the large rocks that appear after every rainfall.
