"Fleeting Moments in Nature" chronicles a year of wildlife photography during a journey to develop professional level skills, capturing rare moments in time to be shared with the reader.



After a renewed education in digital wildlife photography, instructed by some of America's award winning nature photographers, David embarks on a mission across two continents to put his education and photography skills to use; with the ultimate goal of gaining enough experience and knowledge to one day become a professional wildlife photographer.



This book is a compilation of photographs from the first year of efforts directed toward obtaining his goal. Each of the 112 vivid photographs of wildlife in their native habitat are accompanied by text, describing interesting facts of natural history or what it took to capture that moment in time.



Intended as a fine art coffee table book, "Fleeting Moments in Nature" covers everything from insects to big game animals, photographed in conditions experienced in everything from blizzards to rain forests.
