The Potter Creek Crusaders, students from Berkeley Township Elementary School in Bayville, New Jersey, were actively involved in investigating their environment. This group of sixth graders made a commitment to discover information about their local watershed area that could be passed on throughout the community. They gained knowledge through field studies, experimentation and research.
