Caleb has a pair of wings his grandmother gave him. He loves to spend days flying to a magical land which lies just beyond Crooked Nose Rock. However, when Caleb's father suddenly needs Caleb to help out at home he becomes scared of accepting responsibility and of losing his free time to fly on adventures. Caleb is afraid to grow up and tries to escape which leads to a disastrous fall from the sky. Now his observant younger sister, Lila, must figure out how to help.
