Lednice is a stately home in South Moravia in the Czech Republic. Like many such places, there always seems to be large parts of it engulfed by saffolding so this book concentrates on some of the extensive flora to be found in its ground - looking at its best in the spring sunshine.

Exiled from Britain by the ban on smoking in pubs, he now lives in the Czech Republic.
