In July of 2011, my wife Susan and I spent two weeks in Nova Scotia mostly along the beautiful coasts. We went whale watching and took a birding trip to see the puffins. We learned a lot about Canadian history and enjoyed meeting the wonderful people of Nova Scotia

Spence retired as a Vice President of an electric uitlity in 2003. He has a degree in biology from Florida State University. He developed a love of photography and a desire to travel when he was still in grade school. He has traveled to over 25 countries and throughout North America. He is planning to publish books on more of his travels in the near future.
