Über das Buch
Conceived as the epitome of all things Soviet after its destruction during the Second World War, the Belarusian capital is a fascinating blend of communist obedience and capitalist vigour. Though scarred and bruised by the ravages of history, Minsk pulses with an irrepressible optimism that echoes across an unexpectedly majestic skyline.
