Amiria Gale is a New Zealand artist, teacher and writer. She has a Bachelor of Architectural Studies, Bachelor of Architecture (First Class Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching. Amiria has taught Art and Design to secondary students for seven years. She is the eldest of six children. Her father was a fisherman; her mother a teacher. She grew up at the edge of the sea.
