Here is a selection of photographs from David Greene's exhibits Shameless and Andy's Donuts, Center of the Universe. Shameless opened in Berkeley in 1974. The Andy's Donuts show opened on Castro Street in San Francisco in 1975.
This collection also includes selected photographs created for the books Men Loving Men, Black Men / White Men, The Poems of Harmodius in Exile, and Adonis Garcia. The book concludes with color and black and white portraits of David's friends and loved ones.

David's book, Unmentionables, is an historical novel about two pairs of lovers in the Civil War south. Unmentionables was described by Kindle Nation Daily as "Gone with the Wind" meets "Brokeback Mountain." It is available from Amazon and Barnes and Noble. David's spouse is the painter James Stephens.
