This book celebrates the nature, history and ongoing contributions of UW-Milwaukee’s PhD Program in Architecture. It also celebrates the values of its graduates and faculty—namely an understanding of architecture and urban settings as the locus of human endeavor and the conviction that research and design application can enhance the quality of people’s lives.
