Über das Buch
“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy."
Rumi
Margot Biestman describes her experience: “I loved being in the process of writing and drawing just in the moment of sensing breath movement in my body from the essence of who I am. I felt carried by my breath without plans or prior thoughts, or trying to achieve a 'work of art.'
I hoped that writing and drawing my truths from my personal experience might stimulate and inspire others to find their own truths through sensing movement of breath in their own bodies as they read and looked at the drawings and collages. I hoped to support not only myself, but also extend myself to support new growth arising in our world.”
Anyone interested in learning how breath can be a guide in the creative process as well as in the art of living can be stimulated by this book.
“Meet Margot Biestman in this book and be inspired and encouraged to meet yourself!”
