Über das Buch
We purchase the Grand Ave Station #4, in Kenosha Wisconsin. This firehouse built in 1915, has been empty for over fifty years. This book documents the before images, before utilities, before foundation repairs, roof and chimney repairs. We wanted to remember the original condition as it was in before we started.

The old boiler system was removed and new utilities. Zoning had to be changed to make it livable as a residence.

In the future, the main floor will be garage space and the upstairs will be residental space. Stand by for the after.

The rest of the year, I do fun stuff. Being retired, I am now back to the preschool stage, if it is not fun, I am not doing it... I do my art and photography, with a artist co-op in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Lemon Street Gallery which I have been a member for 12 years. I play with the dogs and grandkids and travel and live with my best friend and husband, Hardy. I love the whole Blurb experience and use it the same as my photo albums of the past.
