This book features a comprehensive photography essay of Casa dos Patios. The project, designed by AR arquitetos, is located in São Paulo SP, Brazil. Taking as inspiration the ``building cuts´´of Gordon Matta Clarck and the ``Skyspaces´´of James Turrel, this house is the result of a space and program radical re-organization through cuts and supressions of existent geometries. This perforations, apparently made in a random way, are in fact intimately related to space variations in the interior spaces as well as visual frameworks.
Leonardo Finotti is today one of the leading architectural photographers worldwide. Finotti´s images bring us an extremely depurated vision which takes us close to the essence of each project.
