Our design aims to visually engage audiences contributing to diverse global cultures. Silvia Márquez Pease is the founder and executive creative director at Studio1231. She is a professor of graphic design for social change at the Department of Art and Art History, Florida International University. At 1231, Pease leads a wide variety of strategic projects in sustainable design for Doral Contemporary Museum of Art, story-spaces, Toro, and many others. 1231 studio aims to connect people and ideas in a global community. Prior to Studio 1231, Silvia was a founder-partner and creative director at Carregal Pease, an international multidisciplinary design firm, and founder and creative director at Pease Design. She led hybrid creative projects for Guggenheim Partners in NYC, Miami, and Switzerland; Pinta Art Fair in New Y
