Über das Buch
The epic journey from St Petersburg to Moscow can be undertaken with relish by any true romantic. It's an adventure which begins on the midnight train at Moscow Station in St Petersburg, where you leave behind the beautiful Imperial city, and ends in bustling Moscow, a metropolis still willing to evoke the harshness of the Soviet regime in the odd dusty corner.
This book is the story of my own personal discovery of Russia, and a journey which led to many more throughout this beautiful country and the former USSR.
