It's an adventure which begins on the midnight train at Moscow Station in St Petersburg, where you leave behind the beautiful Imperial city, and ends in bustling Moscow, a metropolis still willing to evoke the harshness of the Soviet regime in the odd dusty corner.

This book is the story of my own personal discovery of Russia, and a journey which led to many more throughout this beautiful country and the former USSR.
