Über das Buch
Robert Graham's seventh project is called CONSTRUCTIVISM. His photographs are inspired by some of the great movements in early 20th century art. They are also meant to honor three of the greatest figures from that era: Kasimir Malevich and Wassily Kandinsky in painting, and Alexander Rodchenko in photography. Russian Constructivism was a movement created by the avant-garde which quickly spread to the rest of Europe. Constructivist art is built from autonomous visual elements such as lines and planes (and pixels). Its influences in many areas of artistic endeavor remain nearly a century later.
