A photographic record of a wonderful week spent in the comparatively little known area of Italy, Puglia. The main objective of the holiday was Italian Cookery with Flavours Holidays but 'down time' enabled me to indulge my other passion of photography.

My main loves are travel, food & drink and photography and I am lucky enough to have had the opportunity of extensive travel to various parts of the world; India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maynmar, many African countries, Europe, Cuba, Italy and Mongolia, to name but a few. Next year I'm off to Oman and Italy again. I try not to do much post-production with my photographs, just tweaking to enhance what is already there. I want you to see what I saw.
