In January 2013 I decided I'd had enough of corporate life and I wanted to see some of the world, so I told my boss I was taking 3 months off work and booked a one way flight to Ghana and a return flight from Cape Town. Anything to happen in between was up for grabs.

I planned, I researched, I packed a lot of hair products, but nothing could have prepared me for the incredible things I was about to experience.
