Jobina’s love of poetry began in High School, when she received the gift of a compact anthology, One Hundred and One Famous poems, which was designed to “enrich, enable, encourage”. It accompanied her solitary nature walks in the hills around her Southern California childhood home, and is still in her personal library. Jobina finds that weaving words into the fabric of poetry brings the threads of life together, and in the process often times nourishes us with things of the Spirit.
