This book is a catalog of Venus on a Stretcher[Part 3b], including most variations. This is a visual attempt to see what time does to physical beauty and to the concept of youth and beauty. Does the passage of time create another kind of beauty? Are chaotic elements of corrosion forming another kind of visual aesthetics? Is Venus boxed in by her own beauty? Is she not a sleeping package of unattainable beauty, that is always out of reach? Is she only an idea, a pose, a concept, a forever young, a dream?
