Über das Buch
I purchased a 1960 Corvette with the intent of rebuilding the car. By the time I was done, I had taken a car that was ok at 10 feet and turned it into something spectacular. In 2008 the car was in many car Shows through out the summer. There were 3 highlights to me. First the Cleveland Autorama which provided motivation for getting the car completed. The car won its category at the show. Second the Car show at Corvettes @ Corsa (exhaust) where it won Mayors Choice. Finally, having the car selected for Chips Choice at Corvettes at Carlisle was the topping on the cake.
Finally, having the car show up in 4 different magazines was just a big plus. Vette magazine ran a 3 page article on the car along with many photographs. Corvette Fever ran a 5 page feature article on the car along with many photos. Super Chevy had a photo and Vette Vues Magazine ran several photos with a short "blurb".
I never intended to build a car that was this quality of a build but it just turned out that way. The book chronicles the order in which things were getting done and the people and parts necessary to accomplish the build
