My artistic activity consists of bushwhacking pathways from the base camp, which would be my childhood, into the inextricable jungle-like interior of the mind. Long or short, straight or curvy, trails are cleared as new experiences teach me how to progress. Sometimes I reach a ridgeline revealing a surprising perspective on the mental territories surveyed, and, sometimes, I lose myself, exhausted in a dark impasse. Any outlines that are obtained after many years of exploration comprise an incomplete map, indicative of chaos. This chaos is the only reality that I can apprehend and attempt to share with images created with discernment in order to transcend this fragile condition.
