Danny Pettry
Huntington, West Virginia

Danny Pettry II was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia. He has lived in the Huntington area since 2000. Pettry has an undergraduate degree in Park Resources and Leisure Services with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from Marshall University (2002). He has graduate degrees in Recreation Therapy (2006) and Mental Health Counseling (2012) from Indiana University and Lindsey Wilson College, respectively. Pettry has worked as a mental health practitioner for a residential treatment program for children with abuse-reactive needs since 2002. Pettry is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. His favorite are coffee and cookies.
