This is a collection of over 100 portraits of people who live, work or spend their leisure time within the Borough Of Runnymede in Surrey. It came about when Chertsey Museum in Runnymede approached local photographer Douglas Kurn about having an exhibition of contemporary photography in the museum. The portraits are a diverse and eclectic mix of local characters all of whom were approached and asked to take part.
