This book was created with contributions from over 150 friends and associates of Peggy Ballard to commemorate her "premature" retirement from Cisco (Scientific Atlanta) after a very successful career. In trying to summarize succinctly just what it was about her that would live in my heart forever, I reached out to others to help me define the true Essence of Peggy Ballard.
