Passionate about helping people live healthier lives through fitness and nutrition. I believe in baby steps to achieve our goals. We can't change old habits overnight. I believe in grace and finding what works best for you. When I started my own health journey I had come from a very dark place in my life. It has taken many years to get to a place I love and find comfort in. Food shouldn't be stressful. I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen. Living in France, California and now Ohio, I've learned many cuisines. When I first started learning about the health benefits of foods, my passion for nutrition grew exponentially. I saw how it helped me heal and I wanted to help others find that too. I went back to school and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Science. I am a stay-at-home mom to 3 plus one on the way, a fitness and nutrition coach, and a fiance to my loving partner Ken. I hope you enjoy my first book and would love to hear from you what you think.
