Über das Buch
My first trip to India was in 1970.
These colorful photos are from 7 trips from 2004 to 2016
Enjoy.
Namaste is the universal greeting in India.
One is generally greeted by joining two hands in prayer-like manner and saying Namaste,
meaning, “My divine soul recognizes the divine soul in you.” This is lovely and very much in keeping with Hindu belief. But the word by itself translates directly as “I bow to you.”
