Über das Buch
Research shows that tracking your moods can help you better understand the triggers that cause stress, anxiety, or depression in your life. Having a strong understanding of your triggers can also eventually help in mitigating your negative responses to them.
This journal was designed to offer an easy and accessible way to track and reflect on your thoughts, feelings and moods each day. My hope is that it will become just one of the tools at your disposal in your self-care routine.
The book is divided into three sections. Below is a brief description of each:
1) Self-Care Inventory,
2) Mood Trackers,
3) Open-ended Journal Pages.
Keep this little book on your nightstand, in your backpack, or anywhere you will be reminded to take a few peaceful moments for yourself.
Please note: There is some profanity sprinkled throughout this book. It may not be suitable for young children or others who are offended by some foul language.
