Although I have written this cookbook for my children, all of the recipes have been home tested. My love of teaching cooking at the high school level as well as teaching adult cooking classes has given me experience in developing recipes for the home cook. I have truly enjoyed creating this book and encourage everyone to cook together and pass favourite recipes to younger generations. My participation in our Dinner Club for over thirty years has expanded my food experiences both in cooking techniques as well as unique ingredients.
