The making of images has been a passion for most of my life. I have pursued this passion with many different tools including pens, pencils, paints, brushes, paper, canvas, and, most recently, cameras.



When making a photograph, I am not satisfied to simply record what I see in front of me. Instead I try to convey the experience and emotion of being in a special place, observing the passing moments, and marveling at the qualities of light.



It is my hope that when you view these photographs you might feel something similar to what I felt during the process of creating them.
