Über das Buch
Jan’s words cast light and shadow over so much that is now commonplace but puzzling in our world, leading us to see it in a new perspective and plumb the depth of our feelings: to laugh or cry.
A light hand, a clear eye unveiling and encapsulating the mysteries of the simple and complex areas and issues of society that form and are part of our daily lives, from joyful love to desperation and despair to crazy politics and everything in-between. Each poem is accompanied by truly amazing photo’s that perfectly capture the mood and essence of the poem. Forget every poetry book you’ve ever seen before.
This is a poetry book like none other. So captivating and compelling it’s almost addictive. Definitely a journey worth experiencing.

Über den Autor
Born in France to parents in the diplomatic service, I was privileged to see a lot of the world and have been lucky to live in many countries including South Africa, Belgium, Greece, Spain, India, Pakistan, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Italy. Which is why I speak six languages fairly fluently and understand but can’t speak another three. I say these things not to brag, but to help you, the reader, understand how all this helped me have quite a broad view of the world, society at large and to see things the way I do.
