H. W. (Herb) Bryce is former journalist, book editor, teacher, courier, and traveller. His poetry appears in anthologies in Canada, the US, Bolivia and India. Also in magazines such as Ekphrastic Review, Neworld Review, and the Spanish Azahar. He was a judge for the Rabindranath Tagore Award International 2017 English Poetry Competition. He is author of a short family book, “Ann, A Tribute,” and “Chasing a Butterfly: A journey in poems of love and loss to acceptance,” the poems of Alzheimer’s and poems for everybody. Bryce is a member of the Federation of BC Writers and Royal Literary Arts Society. His is a regular contributor and reader at many poetry venues, including internationally, where his Facebook blog is read and responded to, as well as a popular repeat performer on Poetry Café, CFRO Co-op Radio.
He is a 2022 Writers International Network Distinguished Poet Award.
