The mission of Delicious Italy ® is to connect the gastronomy, culture and hospitality of the Italian regions to English speaking publics whether they are travelers, media or food & travel related companies.

It is also the Italy we like to experience, a daily discovery of itineraries, events, food, wine and, of course, recipes through personal contacts and recommendations.

For over 20 years we have traveled the 20 regions fo Italy both for pleasure and to generate original content for our travel guide www.deliciousitaly.com.

During this time our work has also extended to being commissioned to write books, reviews, participate in radio interviews, public speaking, as well as location support for television productions and original content for book and magazines.
