For 40 years, I pursued the elusive coelacanth, the sensational creature that emerged from "extinction" back in 1938. This book of photographs covers my search in the Western South Pacific Ocean. In the title "Wasted Time" is from a Shakespeare sonnet reflecting on past loves. "Wasted" means "past."
