Jenny G. Gutierrez is a grateful native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where there is always something to celebrate! Jenny’s creative journey began in 2005, six months after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Crescent City. What remained was a powerful sense of resilience and nostalgia. That feeling ignited her creative spark for writing, encouraging children to stay curious and find the extraordinary in the ordinary. Jenny resides in Oregon with her husband, children and dog. She enjoys family time, playing guitar and walking amongst trees. Jenny continues to create, blending her passions for songwriting and storytelling, and sharing her beloved NOLA through her art.
