Caitlin lives on the Gulf Coast with her husband & two children. She owns a private physical therapy practice where she treats mothers before, during and after pregnancy. She also works part time in a pediatric clinic and is an adjunct professor at a local university. She volunteers as a teacher in a local pregnancy resource center and speaks to mothers about pregnancy and postpartum health in her community.

While Proverbs 31 has always held a special significance to her, Caitlin discovered her passion for studying the Virtuous Woman after leading a women’s Bible study and mentoring young ladies in a youth group. She has been blogging since 2015.

Caitlin is also publishing two children’s books about life with her grandparents on their cotton farm. Between snack times and diaper changes, Caitlin enjoys reading the classics, commonplace journaling, building a living book library for her children, and going on coffee shop dates with her husband.
