As a photojournalist at The Philadelphia Inquirer until 2009, I traveled the world, the country and the region photographing everything from wars to World Series. Now I work on personal photographic projects, many with my wife, Kass Mencher. For over two decades we've worked on a series titled "Duets", which juxtaposes our pictures of the same place, person, event or landscape. We recently finished a long-term project on the Lincoln Highway, the first cross-country road in the United States. We've also been living part of the year in Guatemala and Mexico, photographing and enjoying the wonderful and warm cultures of those two unique countries.
